About us

Built for the hustle.

ZhapZhap started with a straightforward observation: the delivery driver doing the work usually owns none of the equipment they depend on, and pays for it forever. We exist to change which side of that the driver ends up on.

Why we do it this way

Delivery work in Gauteng runs on two-wheelers, and almost all of it runs on someone else’s two-wheeler. A driver rents a bike, pays weekly for as long as they ride, and at the end of five years owns exactly nothing. The arrangement works for whoever owns the fleet. It does not do much for the person on the road at six in the morning.

So we are building the alternative we would want to be offered. Ride a company bike and keep 60% of everything you bill, with a guaranteed minimum underneath it — the maintenance, the insurance and the tracking stop being your problem, and we pay for the fuel. No deposit, no instalments, nothing owing if a month goes badly. Our first bikes are being funded now.

How to get in

One door is open right now: sign up to ride, and you are first in line when our first bikes land.

Managed delivery fleet

For the rider who would rather not carry the vehicle risk at all: ride a company scooter and keep 60% of what you bill, with a guaranteed minimum underneath it.
